The Seven Lamps – About Project

The Seven Lamps is a remarkable high-rise residential development in Sector 82, Vatika India Next, Gurgaon. Spread across 11.9 acres*, the project is inspired by the Seven Lamps of Architecture. The gated community of The Seven Lamps will have seven towers - which feature choices of 2, 2+study, 3+study, 3+study+servant and 4+servant bedroom with the size ranging from 1298 Sq. Ft.- 2423 Sq. ft.

The entry to the development is from a 24m wide road, which has the convenience shopping and public plaza area located next to it. Beyond the plaza, the entry to the complex will be manned by a security gate house to control the traffic and pedestrian movement in and out of the complex. This entrance driveway will lead to a landscaped arrival court, from where roads will branch off to the various towers and the amenities.

The club is located adjacent to this arrival court, with its own drop-off and parking. The club is designed very meticulously to strike a balance between necessity and luxury. The various components of the club - lobby, multipurpose hall, gym, change rooms and the swimming pool & kid’s pool - are all laid out to create a “Resort-like” feel. Gazebos and landscape structures are then spread around the green area around the club - to create spaces for small parties, picnics and casual interaction. The other amenities would include tennis courts, badminton court, volleyball court and carefully designed kid’s play areas. Jogging tracks and dog-walking trails will also be planned in the overall landscaping.

The overall master plan and the landscape concept is based on creating a hierarchy of spaces, in line with traditional Indian Architecture seen in places like Fatehpur Sikri and old forts, palaces & Havelis.

The development with its understated elegance and luxury, will give its residents a unique sense of belonging, which they will love and be proud of.
